Your Choices

Cookie Preferences

Last updated 6 August 2026

This page is where you set what Framatics and its partners may do with information collected about you while you use this store. The same controls are in the panel that opens from the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page.

Your choices take effect as soon as you save them. They are stored in this browser, so they need setting again on another browser or device, and clearing your browser data clears them.

1. What the categories cover

Essential. Keeps the store working: your cart contents, your session, checkout, fraud prevention and security. These cannot be switched off, because without them the store cannot function. They are not used to build a profile of you or shared for advertising.

Analytics. Tells us which pages get used, which do not, how people move through the store and where things break. Used to improve the store rather than to target you.

Targeted advertising. Used to measure whether our advertising works and to show Framatics adverts to you on other sites and apps. This is the category that involves advertising partners.

Personalisation. Remembers choices you have made, such as saved teams, recently viewed prints and display preferences, so the store does not ask again.

2. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Framatics discloses in its Privacy Policy that it sells and shares personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and the other US state privacy laws. Those definitions are broad: passing identifiers or browsing behaviour to an advertising partner counts, even when no money changes hands.

Switching that control on opts you out. It does not affect your cart, your account, any price you are shown or any benefit you are entitled to, and we do not treat people differently for using it.

The control is on this page and in the panel that opens from the footer, so it is reachable from every page of the store without an account and without contacting us.

3. Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information without you having to set anything here. When that signal is present, the opt-out control above is switched on and locked, and a note appears saying why.

The signal is per browser. Sending it from one browser does not opt you out in another.

4. How these choices are enforced

Your choices are recorded against your visit and applied by the store platform to its own analytics, its advertising integrations and any installed app that reads consent. That is deliberately the same mechanism the platform uses for its own consent banner, rather than a second system of ours competing with it.

Two limits are worth stating plainly. First, a choice made here cannot reach a partner who already holds data from an earlier visit; for that, use the deletion and opt-out rights in the Privacy Policy. Second, essential cookies stay regardless of what is set here, because the store cannot hold a cart or complete a checkout without them.

5. Browser and device controls

Your browser has its own controls that sit underneath this page. Every major browser can block or delete cookies, and most can block third-party cookies entirely. Mobile operating systems have their own advertising identifier settings.

Blocking all cookies will break the cart and checkout, because those are the essential cookies described above. Blocking third-party cookies generally will not.

6. Prototype status

The Framatics store is a working prototype. It is not trading, nothing on it is licensed, and no payment can be taken through it. Terms and Conditions Section 1 sets that out in full.

The controls on this page are real and are wired to the store platform's consent system. What is small today is what there is to consent to: no advertising partner is live and no data has been sold or shared. The controls are here first so that they are working before there is anything to enforce them against, rather than after.

7. How to contact us

Questions about this page, and requests to exercise a privacy right rather than set a preference, go to framatics.us@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy sets out what we can do and how long we take.
